Please note that no video is allowed on site, so if your coverage plans include that, your request will be denied. We also do not allow freelance photographers. You must be on assignment from a media outlet in order to be considered. If you are bringing a photographer and you are not shooting photos yourself you will need to have that person also apply. We only allow one writer and one photographer per day per outlet.
